With HP BSM (HP BAC) we can monitor the end user experience and correlate the result with HP Site Scope for understanding how performance can affect the end user experience. By using the HP Service Manager, we can manage all the IT ticketing process and integrate it with the HP BSA and the HP Operation Orchestration that allow the customer deal with tickets such us allocating more CPU for a specific server automatically, or starting a DR process because of critical failure and many more process that many customers are dealing with manually.

Our PS/ R&D team is knowledgeable and has the experience also to integrate these solutions to the customer company portal if needed so the customer can display the data in the way that works for him the best.
